This project involved a strategic overhaul of the brand to align with Edwards’ current business vision and goals, culminating in a modern and memorable new identity.

Formerly known as Edwards & Co, the property agency underwent a significant transformation, simplifying its name to “Edwards” to better reflect its evolving identity. SicoCreative collaborated closely with the Edwards team, employing its expertise in strategy, design, illustration, production and project delivery to bring the vision to life.

The rebranding effort focused on reshaping a fresh and contemporary feel into the visual identity while preserving the experience and heritage associated with the Edwards brand. This collaborative approach ensured that the essence of Edwards was retained, providing a seamless transition that resonates with both existing and potential clients.

Key highlights of the project include a new office fit-out, an updated website, and a suite of marketing materials that showcase the revitalised brand. SicoCreative’s agile and virtual agency model allowed for a highly personalised, end-to-end creative solution that met Edwards’ specific needs efficiently and effectively.

SicoCreative worked closely with us to understand our business, helping us to refine how we wanted to be perceived going forward. The concept that they brought forward perfectly reflected who we are and where we are going, whilst retaining our recognisable black and yellow and history.
